Kearsley Mount, as it is at present was built and opened in 1916.

It is a replica of a typical Welsh chapel and we are very proud of the beauty of the wood in the pulpit and pews.

The pipe organ was installed in 1922 and in all that time there have been only 4 organists. It is the only pipe organ in the Farnworth Circuit.

Seating capacity is available for 450 people and at a recent event was full to capacity.

We hold regular monthly coffee mornings and occasional lunches, plus larger events from time to time to raise funds to maintain the church.

The Ladies Circle meet every Monday evening.

The Brownies and the Wesley Guild meet on Tuesday evenings.

Also Therapy by Music run their activity on Thursdays.

Although we don't have a lot of young people, we do have a Young Christians Group. This known as the SKIP Club.(Sunday Kids Interactive Play)

Kearsley Mount has a reputation for being a friendly church and everyone is made to feel welcome and at home.
